SOCAR and Honeywell Technologies signed a framework cooperation agreement

SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf met with Honeywell Technologies' President of Strategy, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Global Regions Anant Maheshwari.

As reported by SOCAR, during the meeting, the parties expressed satisfaction with the consistent development of cooperation between the companies and discussed opportunities for its expansion in various areas of the energy sector, including digital transformation, automation, and sustainable development.

During the conversation, information was presented on SOCAR's projects related to the digitalization of production processes and the implementation of innovative technologies.

The parties also exchanged views on issues of industrial automation, energy transition, operational safety, and other areas of mutual interest.

Following the meeting, a Global Framework Agreement was signed between SOCAR and Honeywell Technologies.

The document provides for a new approach covering SOCAR's assets both in Azerbaijan and abroad, and defines the framework for further cooperation in the supply of products and services, including software and relevant technological solutions.
