Russian musician recognized as a foreign agent

The Russian Ministry of Justice has designated musician Vasya Oblomov (Vasily Goncharov) as a foreign agent.

This was reported on the ministry's website.

"V.V. Goncharov disseminated unreliable information about decisions made by public authorities of the Russian Federation and their policies, participated in the creation and distribution of messages and materials from foreign agents to an unlimited circle of people. He resides outside the Russian Federation," the statement says.
