Khamenei's widow has passed away

The widow of the late Supreme Leader of Iran Ali Khamenei - Mansoureh Khojasteh - has died from injuries sustained during the US and Israeli airstrike on the Supreme Leader's residence last Saturday, February 28.

This was reported by Oxu.Az citing Iranian state media.

According to the information, she was in the residence with Khamenei at the time of the joint US-Israeli airstrike that killed the Supreme Leader himself and several family members.

As a reminder, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed on Saturday morning, but the information was confirmed in Iran only the following day.
