Famous TV host who beat cancer reveals wrong diagnosis

Popular British TV presenter Julia Bradbury shared a concerning story about how medical vigilance helped detect her breast cancer at the last moment after two misdiagnoses.

The celebrity shared her journey to the correct diagnosis, which began with discovering a lump in her breast. Despite undergoing two mammograms, specialists incorrectly classified the mass as benign.

"And only during the third visit to the doctor, he suddenly suggested: 'Let's do an ultrasound before we let you go for a year'," the TV presenter shared about the crucial moment in her story.

It was the ultrasound that revealed the terrible diagnosis - breast cancer. According to Bradbury, timely ultrasound could have protected her from more severe treatment or even saved her life.

The TV presenter explained the medical nuance of her case: due to dense breast tissue, mammography proved ineffective. "Ultrasound works better with dense breasts," she explained.

After successfully fighting the disease, Bradbury radically changed her lifestyle. In particular, she completely gave up alcohol to minimize the risk of the disease returning.
