World 8

The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) recommends that airlines avoid flying over the airspace of Iran, Iraq, and Lebanon amid ongoing tensions and the potential for further military action in the Middle East.

This was reported by The Times of Israel, citing EASA.

This recommendation is in effect until August 31.

The agency states that it has withdrawn its previous bulletin, which also asked airlines to exercise caution when flying in the airspace of Bahrain, Kuwait, Israel, Jordan, Qatar, Oman, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. It is not yet clear whether EASA will issue a new advisory letter for these countries.
