A famous Turkish actress has passed away at the age of 35

Famous actress Ece İrtem, who played the role of Işıl in the series Kızılcık Şerbeti ("Cranberry Sherbet"), has passed away.

As reported by Milliyet, the news was announced by the actress's lawyer Uğur Gökkoyun.

"Ece İrtem passed away today at around 12:00. The tragedy occurred while she was at her home with her mother. According to preliminary data, the cause of death is reported as myocardial infarction. The investigation is ongoing. The exact cause will be determined after the forensic medical examination report. I express my deepest condolences to her family and all her loved ones," he stated.

It is noted that the day before, on June 14, the actress had celebrated her 35th birthday.
