Ilham Aliyev conferred diplomatic ranks on a number of employees of Azerbaijan's diplomatic service

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree "On conferring diplomatic ranks to employees of the diplomatic service bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan".

As reported by BAKU.WS, the document states:

"Guided by paragraph 24 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:

To confer diplomatic ranks to the following employees of the diplomatic service bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary

Rafiyev Yalchin Ilgar oglu

Sharifov Samir Enver oglu

Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the First Class

Hajiyev Sultan Agami oglu

Nasibov Ruslan Rafael oglu

Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Second Class

Bejanov Samir Arif oglu

Najafli Anar Jafar oglu".
