Bill Gates' daughter made an unexpected statement regarding her father's health

American billionaire Bill Gates has been diagnosed with "Asperger's syndrome" - one of the autism spectrum disorders, which manifests as difficulties in communicating with other people.
This was revealed by his daughter Phoebe on the Call Her Daddy podcast.
"My father has difficulties in communication. He himself has said before that he has Asperger's syndrome," she said.
However, Bill Gates himself has never publicly confirmed having such a diagnosis, although in his memoirs he mentioned that as a child, he could probably have been diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder.
Asperger's syndrome is a developmental disorder characterized by serious difficulties in social interaction, as well as a limited range of interests and a tendency toward repetitive behaviors. Unlike classic autism, with Asperger's syndrome, speech and cognitive abilities are typically preserved. Increased clumsiness is also often noted.
