A mermaid was found on the seashore

In Great Britain, a couple walking along the coast near the town of Margate in Kent county made a mysterious discovery that resembled a mythical mermaid. Information about this incident was published by the Kent Online portal.

Paula Regan and her husband made the amazing discovery during their walk along the seashore near Margate. "There wasn't a soul on the beach, so this figure immediately caught our attention," Paula shared her impressions. "Initially, I assumed it was just a piece of wood brought in by the tide, or possibly the remains of a seal because of this unusual tail with a fin."

Upon closer inspection, the find indeed resembled a sea creature. The mysterious figure had empty eye sockets, pointed ears, and a face that looked human-like, but without a nose or hair covering. The lower part of the body transitioned into a fish tail covered with shiny scales.

"The head looked like a skeleton's, and the back part with the fish tail was soft to the touch," Regan describes the find. "It didn't seem slimy or decomposed, but it was definitely something strange."

The woman finds it difficult to determine the nature of this object. Among the possible versions - a fragment of some item, a decorative figure from a ship's bow, or a piece of modern art. The origin of the mysterious "mermaid" and how it ended up on the deserted beach remains a mystery.
