Doctors named the morning drink that triggers pancreatic cancer

A new study involving more than 12,000 people showed that just 100 mg of caffeine - approximately one cup of coffee - helps improve bowel function. At the same time, doctors warned against brewing coffee in a French press.
"An important nuance: if you drink the invigorating beverage, consuming more than 204 mg of caffeine per day, you may face the opposite effect - constipation," Daily Mail quotes the researchers.
As it turned out, each additional serving of the drink (100 mg of caffeine) increases the risk of developing constipation by six percent.
The researchers added that there is also good news for tea lovers.
"A cup of tea can also help normalize bowel function. On average, it contains 20 to 70 mg of caffeine," the specialists stated.
The material about this was published in the Journal of Multidisciplinary Healthcare.
The doctors also reminded about the danger of unfiltered coffee: "Unlike drip coffee makers, for example, a French press doesn't have a paper filter to remove coffee oils and impurities."
The latter are associated with the development of several types of cancer. Especially cancer of the throat and pancreas.
