Blood Type with the Worst DNA Has Been Identified

Scientists and geneticists have long been studying the influence of blood type on health and predisposition to various diseases. Recent studies have revealed that carriers of one specific blood type may have more genetic risks than others.

This refers to the fourth blood type (AB). According to scientists, this group is the youngest and rarest among all, but at the same time, it may carry certain genetic weaknesses. Studies have shown that AB blood type carriers are more prone to cardiovascular diseases, cognitive disorders (including dementia), and immune system problems.

Experts explain this by the fact that the fourth blood type emerged as a result of mixing genes from other groups, which could have led to certain mutations and instability in the immune system. Unlike carriers of the first blood type (0), who have strong immunity, AB group carriers may be less resistant to infections.

However, doctors emphasize: blood type is not a sentence. Lifestyle, proper nutrition, and regular medical check-ups play a much more important role in maintaining health than genetic predisposition.
