The Azerbaijan national team will play its first match of the new UEFA Nations League season today.
As reported by BAKU.WS, the team led by head coach Aykhan Abbasov will face the Lithuanian national team in an away match.
The match in Kaunas will kick off at 17:00 Baku time.
The Group 2 match of League D will be officiated by Cypriot FIFA referee Menelaos Antoniou.
It should be noted that the Lithuanian national team won their first group match away against Liechtenstein with a score of 2:0.
