Demolition of a dilapidated building begins in Baku: 31 families will receive new housing

An emergency building with expired service life, located at 1 Oxygen Street, will be demolished in the Khatai district.

As BAKU.WS reports, this information was confirmed to Trend by Panah Imanov, head of the department of socio-political and humanitarian issues of the Executive Authority of the Khatai district.

He noted that the building planned for demolition is two-storey.

"31 families live in the building. An agreement has already been reached on the relocation of 8 families," he emphasized.

It should be noted that the Territorial Construction and Planning Center under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture has already begun preparing design and estimate documentation for organizing demolition work.
