Are liters of gasoline lost under high pressure at gas stations?

In recent days, drivers on social media have been actively discussing the need to refuel with low pressure at gas stations.
Is it true that the tank fills with foam when fuel is poured at high speed?
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Xəzər TV, car fuel systems specialist Parviz Ismailov stated that the circulating videos were shot for advertising purposes of refueling equipment.
That is, the claim that "if fuel is poured under high pressure, less fuel enters the tank" does not correspond to reality.
Another common claim is related to the fact that the refueling speed allegedly raises deposits in the fuel tank.
It is claimed that this also causes serious damage to the car's fuel system.
According to Parviz Ismailov, the speed of refueling in most cars does not reach a level capable of raising deposits in the tank. The reason for this lies in the design of the car's fuel system.
The expert also added that the cleanliness of the fuel depends on the timely replacement of filters in the gas station equipment.
