Translation: Miri Yusif forgave his blackmailer

A preliminary hearing was held in the case of 24-year-old Ali Akhmedov, accused of blackmailing producer Miri Yusif and famous TV host Emin Efendi. The defendant threatened to distribute a video featuring the people's artist. During the hearing, Miri Yusif and Emin Efendi stated that they forgive the accused. As a reminder, on January 19, Emin Efendi received a WhatsApp message from an unknown person who demanded money in exchange for not publishing video material. Thanks to prompt actions by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan, the perpetrator, who turned out to be Baku resident Ali Akhmedov, was detained by police.
