In Yekaterinburg, Mutvaly Shykhlinski, son of the leader of the Azerbaijani diaspora of the Urals Shahin Shykhlinski, has been detained. This was reported by E1.ru.
According to the publication, on July 1, during the detention of his father, Mutvaly allegedly hit a special forces officer with a "Gelendwagen" vehicle.
