A court has seized the three-story mansion of Russian rapper Dzhigan in the Moscow region due to alimony debt. The value of the property together with the land plot is estimated at 360 million rubles.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the Telegram channel SHOT, the property in question is a luxurious house in the elite cottage community "Chateau Souverain." The mansion features a hammam, a home theater, a fireplace, a study, a gym, and other amenities.

According to the source, the reason for the seizure of the property was the artist's debt under an alimony payment agreement in the amount of 1,737,737 rubles. It is not ruled out that the rapper's property may be put up for auction to settle the debt.

Earlier, on September 23, the Telegram channel Mash reported an alleged attack by Dzhigan on the service staff of his own house. According to the channel, the incident took place in July in the same cottage community.

It was claimed that the rapper suspected the employees of committing various crimes and attempted to deal with them on his own. As a result, according to media reports, at least one security guard sustained injuries to his arm and leg.

It was also reported that the artist's children were in the house during the incident and, frightened by what was happening, hid in closets and called their mother for help.

According to Mash, after the incident Dzhigan was restrained and sent to a rehabilitation center.
