Visa regime between Azerbaijan and Jordan is being abolished.

As reported by Oxu.Az, the corresponding draft law was brought up for discussion at today's session of the Milli Majlis Committee on International Relations and Inter-Parliamentary Ties.

The agreement provides for mutual exemption from visa requirements for holders of ordinary passports between Azerbaijan and Jordan.

It should be recalled that on July 8, the "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on the mutual abolition of visa requirements for holders of ordinary passports" was signed between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Ayman Al-Safadi.

Following the discussions, the draft law was recommended for the plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
