8th meeting of Muslim religious leaders of the OTS will be held in Turkey
The 8th meeting of Muslim religious leaders of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) will be held in Turkey.
As Report informs, this was announced by the Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office (CMO), Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade, at the 7th meeting of Muslim religious leaders of the OTS in Baku.
He noted that there are forces that cannot come to terms with the unity and achievements of the Turkic states:
"Therefore, religious leaders must provide spiritual support to the wise policies of the leaders of our states for the sake of our peoples and states. Striving to prevent external interference in the religious and spiritual environment of Turkic-speaking countries and ideological provocations, including Islamophobia, Turkophobia, separatism, interfaith discrimination, takfirism, religious and racial intolerance, and calls for hatred — this is our civic duty and moral responsibility as servants of religion."
