"Kazyam Seliverstov" or "David Abbasov": how was the "casino hero" caught?
Fraud has historically required a special "talent." This "talent" has never known the boundaries of countries, nations, or states. However, as with a well-known profession, the "lifespan" of this "craft" in most cases has not exceeded 40 days…
As AzPolitika reports, footage of an incident that occurred in one of Georgia's casinos involving a man who introduces himself as Azerbaijani Jew David Seliverstov has spread across social media. The video shows that the man is under the influence of some substance or alcohol. He was born on March 26, 1988, in Baku. This person, who today imposes himself on society as an "international human rights defender," has been previously convicted multiple times. In 2011, Abbasov, detained by the Nasimi District Police Department, was charged under Articles 178.2.2 and 178.2.4 (fraud causing significant damage) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, and by court decision was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months of imprisonment.
