Ilham Aliyev: It is important to preserve the Caspian as a space of peace, stability and constructive partnership

Today, the economic and strategic significance of the Caspian is increasing even further. Important transport and energy routes pass through the Caspian, and major international projects are being implemented.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev, speaking at the Caspian Ecological Summit in Turkmenbashi.

"Under these conditions, it is fundamentally important to preserve the Caspian as a space of peace, stability, and constructive partnership. This serves the interests of all Caspian states and creates the necessary conditions for the further development of our cooperation," the head of state emphasized.
