Heavy rains and mudflows expected in regions of Azerbaijan - WARNING

Rain is expected in some mountainous and foothill regions of Azerbaijan on July 11-13.

Brief heavy rains, thunderstorms, and hail are forecast in certain districts. A rise in river water levels is expected, and short-term mudflows are possible on some mountain rivers.
