Which products hit the wallets of Azerbaijanis in March?

The State Statistics Committee has published a list of products that have become more expensive and cheaper in March. The department presented detailed information on price changes over the past month.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the list of goods that have become more expensive includes fish and fish products, milk and dairy products, oils, as well as the most popular fruits and vegetables.

As for price reductions, they were observed only for four items - flour, eggs, herbs, and cucumbers.

Sellers note that the most significant price increase occurred during the winter months. Currently, according to them, there is no price increase; on the contrary - prices are decreasing.

Economist Rashad Hasanov claims that price increases are especially noticeable when shopping in supermarkets. According to him, the main factors behind the rise in food prices in recent years have been the worsening geopolitical situation, the economic crisis in countries around the world, and climate change.
