Ukraine has officially halted peace talks with Russia due to the failure to achieve progress.
As reported by BAKU.WS, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Sergey Kyslytsia stated this in a comment to The Times.
"Since peace negotiations this year ended without substantial progress, they have been terminated," he said.
