Trump commented on reports about Russia transmitting satellite imagery to Iran
US President Donald Trump stated that he would like to speak with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin regarding reports of Russia transmitting satellite imagery to Iran.
This was reported by Bloomberg.
"I will ask Putin whether he is sending satellite imagery to Iran," the head of the White House promised.
According to him, the conversation would also address assumptions about Russia providing assistance to Iran. However, Trump noted that even if Russia had supplied Iran with satellite data, it did not help Tehran. He expressed doubts about the very fact of such assistance.
"I don't think Russia was sending satellite imagery to Iran," the US president added.
