The world's most expensive cup of coffee sold in Dubai

Dubai's coffee chain Roasters officially entered the Guinness Book of Records for the world's most expensive cup of coffee, reports Daily Mail.
According to the media, the price of the record-breaking beverage was 670 dollars. The coffee was prepared using the pour-over method and served in an exclusive handcrafted crystal glass. The preparation used rare Panama Geisha beans from the Hacienda La Esmeralda plantation, which are distinguished by a rich bouquet of floral, fruity, and citrus notes. Guests were also offered geisha-themed desserts to emphasize the uniqueness of the event.
The record was preceded by a high-profile deal at an international auction: a Dubai startup associated with the Roasters chain, just a week after opening, purchased the entire 20-kilogram batch of washed Geisha coffee from this plantation for 604 thousand dollars.
As noted by the Guinness World Records representative during the ceremony, this result sets a new level of quality for elite coffee worldwide.
