Will the US launch a nuclear strike against Iran?
Be the first to know
Recently, three interrelated processes have been observed in the confrontation between the United States and Iran. First, it is reported that after the midterm elections to the U.S. Congress, a war against Iran may begin, involving more powerful strikes, including the use of tactical nuclear weapons.
This is stated in a video report prepared by the YouTube channel Azad İran.
The material notes that simultaneously, reports are spreading about Iran's comprehensive preparations for the expected war. In this context, particular attention is given to the order of Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei to deliver a decisive response to a possible new U.S. attack without any geographical limitations.
Second, information is spreading that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is trying to convince U.S. President Donald Trump to resume military operations against Iran.
Third, given the emerging threats, calls to change Iran's nuclear doctrine and even to acquire nuclear weapons are no longer coming only from radical circles but also from official information platforms, parliament, and religious-political institutions.
Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Mohsen Rezaei, in an interview with state television on November 1, for the first time openly confirmed the existence of these discussions at the state level. He stated that discussions are underway regarding whether Iran should maintain its current nuclear doctrine in the event of a resumption of war.
As emphasized in the report, all of this is happening despite a statement made by Trump last month, in which he ruled out the use of nuclear weapons against Iran. In particular, in an interview with Newsmax, the American president noted that he would not use nuclear weapons due to the lack of such a necessity, while emphasizing that the United States is the world's largest nuclear power. Responding to a journalist's question about tactical nuclear weapons, he also added that he sees no need for it.
