SMES provided support to 350 small and medium business entities in 2025

In 2025, 350 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) used support mechanisms to expand sales opportunities provided by the Agency for Small and Medium Business Development of Azerbaijan (KOBİA).

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to KOBİA, 85 SMEs received free participation in 11 exhibitions held both in Azerbaijan (eight exhibitions) and abroad (three exhibitions).

It is noted that three KOB Fest exhibition-fairs were organized to support the promotion and sale of products and services of micro and small entrepreneurs. At fairs held in Goygol, Shusha and Goychay, 220 entrepreneurs presented and sold their products and services.

"As part of the support mechanism for selling products of micro and small entrepreneurs in large retail chains, sales of products from 45 SMEs were organized through seven specially designated retail outlets.

Small and medium-sized enterprises can apply to KOBİA to receive state support for expanding sales opportunities," the information says.
