Popular Comedian Who Beat Cancer Urges Everyone to Take One Test

Popular American stand-up comedian Jeff Ross, who defeated stage three rectal cancer, urged people to undergo colonoscopy for early detection of this disease. He told this to People magazine.
In conversation with the journalist, Ross asked to tell readers that colonoscopy is not a complicated procedure. "People say: 'I don't want to go through all the preparation!' - just do it. It's easy," the humorist emphasized.
According to him, if he hadn't done this test, his cancer could have remained undetected, as he had no symptoms.
The comedian also noted that the chemotherapy he underwent for six months was terrible. "But it wasn't as scary as in the 80s, when my mom was treated for cancer. Everything has improved significantly," Ross added.
