According to their information, law enforcement received a signal that several people had gathered on the balcony of a room in one of the local hotels and set up cameras there in anticipation of an attack. They pointed their lenses toward the Haifa seaport, which had previously been subjected to Iranian strikes.
Police arrived at the scene, seized all the equipment and detained those gathered for questioning to establish the circumstances of what was happening.
The law enforcement statement notes that these measures were taken in accordance with current directives from the Ministry of Defense and the Inspector General of the Israeli Police in the context of constant strikes from Iran.
