The number of flights canceled due to the suspension of the US federal government operation (shutdown) has exceeded 800.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this is according to TASS, citing the specialized portal FlightAware.

According to the resource, 817 flights have been canceled so far, including in the country's largest aviation hubs - Atlanta, Washington, Dallas, New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago. Earlier, there were reports of approximately 700 flight cancellations.
