Pashinyan's shaking in parliament caught on video

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan began shaking during a speech in parliament. The video of the shaking was published in the Telegram channel of the "Minval" publication.
"This is a scene from a science fiction movie: an opposition representative takes the floor in turn and says: people, they are filling the budget. And where to put them? In our pockets?" - said the prime minister from the podium, waving his hands.
It is claimed that the cause of the prime minister's shaking was the parliamentary opposition's complaints regarding the government's budget policy.
Pashinyan also stated that Armenia is ready to sign peace agreements with Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan proposed dissolving the OSCE Minsk Group as a result of the settlement of the Karabakh conflict before signing a peace treaty. The Armenian Prime Minister proposed "concluding a peace agreement and dissolving the OSCE Minsk Group" on the same day.
