Pentagon: The U.S. has struck more than 8,000 targets in Iran
Since the beginning of the Middle Eastern conflict, the US Armed Forces have struck more than 8,000 targets in Iran, including 130 ships.
As reported by BAKU.WS citing TASS, this was stated by the head of the United States Central Command (CENTCOM), Admiral Brad Cooper.
"We have struck more than 8,000 military targets, including 130 Iranian ships. This has become the largest destruction of naval forces in three weeks since World War II," he said in a video address published on X.
Cooper also claimed that "the US Air Force maintains air superiority over Iran and has carried out more than 8,000 combat sorties."
