According to the publication "Abzats" with reference to journalist and public figure Vadim Manukyan, Alla Pugacheva has allegedly received an invitation to participate in the music festival "New Wave".

Manukyan noted that, in his opinion, the singer's arrival may cause a negative reaction:

"She may come to Russia only to make a pointed statement. 'New Wave' is a prestigious event, and her participation will cause a mixed reaction."

He also emphasized that from a legal standpoint, Pugacheva has no restrictions on returning to the country. At the same time, he believes that her possible participation would be a "bad signal".
