In Turkey, 237 aftershocks have been recorded following the earthquake

After a magnitude 6.1 earthquake in the Sındırgı district of Turkey's Balıkesir province, 237 aftershocks were recorded.
This was reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD).
According to the information, some of them exceeded 4 points in magnitude.
Preliminary data indicates that 16 buildings were destroyed, and 68 neighborhoods were damaged. 81-year-old Nihat Onbaş, who was pulled from the rubble, has died. In total, 52 people were injured, 11 of whom are receiving treatment. Some of the victims were injured directly as a result of the earthquake, while others were hurt while running away or jumping out of windows.
