Found in a suitcase: 31-year-old model killed by ex-lover

Austrian model and blogger Stephanie Pieper was killed by her ex-lover.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the 31-year-old model stopped communicating on November 23 after returning from a Christmas party. Friends and colleagues raised the alarm the next day when she didn't show up for an important photoshoot, and her phone was turned off.

The investigation revealed that her former partner was waiting at her apartment door that night. During an argument, he strangled the young woman and hid her body in a suitcase, which he then transported to Slovenia and buried in a forest. After that, the man tried to destroy evidence but was detained by police near a burning car in a casino parking lot. Now he and two of his relatives are awaiting extradition to Austria.

Stephanie Pieper was a rising star of the Austrian modeling scene, had a passion for singing, and ran a popular blog about fashion and makeup, which was followed by almost 50 thousand subscribers.
