Five climbers died on Elbrus

Five of seven climbers ascending Elbrus have died.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Russian media, all members of the group were citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It is reported that only two climbers survived. One of them descended the mountain independently and called for help, while the second was assisted by rescuers. Both victims have been hospitalized.

According to media reports, the foreign climbers were ascending Elbrus independently, without the accompaniment of a professional guide.
