Famous Russian blogger owes the state 28 million

Blogger Lerchek owes a large sum of money to the Federal Tax Service.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to TCC, Valeria Chekalina, better known as blogger Lerchek, has a debt to the Federal Tax Service exceeding 28 million rubles, which is related to accusations of illegal money transfers from Russia.
According to data provided by law enforcement agencies, Chekalina's tax debt amounts to 28 million 365 thousand 436 rubles. They also clarified that her former husband Artem Chekalin has no tax debts under his taxpayer identification number.
Along with Valeria Chekalina, her ex-husband Artem Chekalin and business partner Roman Vishnyak face charges under part 3 of article 193.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which is related to conducting currency operations to transfer funds to non-resident accounts using forged documents.
The case concerns the sale of Lerchek's fitness marathons. According to the investigation, Chekalina and her accomplices sold courses via the internet, entered into contracts with a foreign company, and directed payments to accounts abroad. At the same time, they submitted documents with false information about the reasons, purposes, and designation of these transfers to institutions authorized for currency control. As a result, the accused managed to transfer about 251 million rubles outside of Russia. All of them deny their guilt.
