Erdogan condemned the attacks on Iran
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan condemned the attacks by Israel and the United States on Iran, but at the same time called the Islamic Republic's shelling of targets in countries of the region unacceptable.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to TASS, he said this during a speech in Istanbul.
"We condemn today's attacks, which openly violate Iran's sovereignty and threaten the peace of the friendly and brotherly Iranian people. We are deeply saddened and concerned by the American-Israeli attacks. As you know, we have long made tremendous efforts to resolve disagreements through dialogue. Other states in our region have also done everything possible. However, the desired result was not achieved, as it was not possible to either overcome the crisis of trust between the parties or resolve it due to Israel's ongoing attempts to derail the process," the Turkish leader stated.
