Elon Musk made an important statement regarding the planet Mars

A spacecraft with the Optimus robot, created by Tesla, will depart for Mars at the end of 2026. This was announced by the company's founder, American entrepreneur Elon Musk, on his social media page on X.
"If these landings are successful, then the first manned missions could begin as early as 2029, although a more likely date is 2031," Musk noted.
In February, Tesla announced plans to produce 10,000 Optimus humanoid robots in 2025. Although Musk acknowledges that this goal may not be achieved, he is confident that production will amount to several thousand units. These robots will be deployed at Tesla factories.
Electrek publication called Musk's plans "ambitious."
