Elon Musk admitted that his views on God have changed
American entrepreneur Elon Musk, who previously described himself as an atheist, has stated that he has come to believe in the existence of God, as reported by the Daily Mail.
According to BAKU.WS with reference to the Daily Mail, Musk, in a conversation on Katie Miller's podcast, noted that he believes the Universe "emerged from something," adding that people may have different concepts of God.
According to the publication, since 2022, Musk has increasingly spoken about his respect for Christian values and admitted that he previously "did not appreciate their wisdom." In 2024, he called himself a "cultural Christian," emphasizing the importance of Jesus's teachings about love, kindness, and forgiveness as a moral compass for society.
At the same time, Musk has repeatedly suggested that our creator might be something like a programmer who launched a large-scale simulation, and human life is an element of this model. In one podcast episode, he compared our reality to an "alien series on Netflix," where humanity's task is to maintain high viewer interest so that "the creator doesn't turn off the computer."
