Another country has experienced a strong earthquake

An earthquake of magnitude 6.5 was recorded in the Caribbean Sea off the coast of Guadeloupe (an overseas territory of France). The US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has declared a tsunami threat.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the US Geological Survey.

According to its data, the epicenter was located 196 km west of the city of Saint-Anne, where about 22 thousand people live.

The focus was at a depth of 10 km.
