Another country has experienced a powerful earthquake

An earthquake of magnitude 5.7 was recorded in Chile.

As BAKU.WS reports, this was announced by the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center.

According to seismologists, the epicenter of the tremors was located 109 kilometers northeast of the city of Alto Hospicio, which has a population of about 105 thousand people. The earthquake's focus was at a depth of 111 kilometers.

No reports of casualties or destruction have been received so far.
