An earthquake of magnitude 4.7 occurred in the Turkish province of Elazig. Tremors were also felt in the surrounding areas.
This was reported by the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority under the government of Turkey (AFAD).
It is noted that the epicenter of the disaster was at a depth of 9.85 km.
