Premier League thoughts: "Sumgayit" and "Neftchi" played to a draw

The XXXII round of the Azerbaijan Football Premier League has concluded.

As Oxu.Az reports, in the last match of the round, "Sumgayit" hosted "Neftchi".

The game took place at the Mehdi Huseynzade Sumgayit City Stadium and ended in a draw - 2:2.

For the home team, goals were scored by Bobur Abdiholikov (21) and Ronaldo Vasquez (52). The visitors' goals came from Bassala Sambou (60) and Andrey Shtogrin (87).

"Sumgayit," with 30 points, occupies eighth place in the standings, while "Neftchi" (36) is in sixth position.

In previous matches of the round, "Zira" defeated "Kapaz" away (0:1), while the matches "Turan Tovuz" - "Shamakhi," "Sabail" - "Araz-Nakhchivan," and "Sabah" - "Karabakh" all ended in 1:1 draws.
