Former Qarabağ midfielder Richard Almeida has returned to Baku once again, delighting his numerous Azerbaijani fans with his unexpected visit.
As reported by BAKU.WS, the Brazilian midfielder announced his arrival in the capital of Azerbaijan by posting a video on social media, which instantly attracted the attention of fans.
Almeida added a heartfelt caption to his post: "A good son always returns to his home." These words vividly demonstrated the footballer's deep attachment to Baku and Azerbaijan, which have become truly dear to him.
It should be noted that the 36-year-old footballer left Qarabağ in 2025 and currently plays for the Brazilian club Primavera. For many years, Almeida wore the colors of the Agdam-based club, becoming a direct participant in its remarkable achievements and earning the status of one of the most beloved foreign players in the team's history.
