Messi sets historic record for goal contributions

Argentine forward of "Inter Miami" Lionel Messi became the first footballer to surpass the mark of 1300 goal contributions in his career.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to BBC, he reached the milestone in the MLS playoff quarterfinal against "Cincinnati" (4:0), where he recorded one goal and three assists.

In total, Messi has accumulated 896 goals and 404 assists. With "Barcelona" he registered 941 goal contributions, for "Inter Miami" - 117, for "Paris Saint-Germain" - 66, and for the Argentina national team - 176. He managed to achieve all this in 1135 matches.
