Employees of the Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan (FSAA) conducted an inspection at the Şüa catering establishment, located at: Baku, Narimanov district, Koroglu Rahimov str., 19.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to FSAA, a number of violations of sanitary and hygienic standards were identified during the inspection. It was established that at the facility owned by individual Elvin Vagif oglu, food storage rules are not observed, there is no temperature control, and the ventilation system in the processing room is not functioning. In addition, fish, chicken, and turkey products are stored in violation of sanitary standards and do not have veterinary documents.

The inspection also revealed that cold appetizers and hot dishes are prepared in the same room, there is no specially designated place for employees to change clothes, and the shelves for food storage are subject to corrosion. Furthermore, the establishment's employees did not undergo medical examinations and training in hygiene standards.

Based on the violations identified, an administrative protocol was drawn up, and the owner of the establishment was issued orders to eliminate these violations.
