Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated Ilham Aliyev

National leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
