During non-working days due to the Novruz holiday, the stations of the Republican Center for Emergency and Urgent Medical Care of the Association for the Management of Medical Territorial Units of Azerbaijan (TƏBİB) will operate in an enhanced mode.

This was reported by the press service of TƏBİB.

It is noted that during non-working days, responsible persons will be on duty to monitor the activities of services, and the number of medical teams will be organized in accordance with the staffing schedule.

"Due to the Novruz holiday, there is an increase in the number of guests arriving in Baku both from foreign countries and from the regions, so supplies and provisions will be organized accordingly," the information states.

At the same time, it is noted that 130 ambulance teams in the capital and about 270 in the regions have been put on alert. They are fully equipped with medical supplies, medications, etc.

In addition, during the holidays, inpatient departments and emergency departments of medical institutions under TƏBİB will carry out their activities in accordance with approved duty schedules.

Recall that, according to the Cabinet of Ministers' decree, March 20-31 will be non-working days due to the Novruz and Ramadan holidays.
